The Cuisine de France state-of-the-art production facility located in Tallaght, Dublin is a fully automated plant producing a complete range of French breads to suit every taste. Consumers are guaranteed freshness from every product leaving our manufacturing lines. It is this consistency of high quality offering that makes Cuisine de France the leading manufacturer of French bread in Europe.

Fun Fact:We produce 229,001,300 units of French bread which requires 16,372 tonnes of flour which in turn is grown on 5,252 acres, annually.

Fun Fact:We were the first Bakery in its Class to receive Higher Level EFSIS Certification (European Food Safety Inspection Service) - on its first Audit in 2001; Cuisine de France Manufacturing currently hold Highest Grade (A) possible.


Cuisine de France has a very strong commitment to health and safety with employees and management putting a lot of time and resources into this important issue. The company strives to improve its safety standards through the implementation of a Risk Management System. The company currently have a Level 3 status which is the highest level that can be achieved. Areas covered by this system include clearly defined safety responsibilities for management and employees, the completion of risk assessments, the implementation of emergency response plans and the implementation of an occupational health programme. In addition to these measures the company places significant emphasis on training and all employees receive continual health and safety training from induction throughout their career with the company.

Cuisine de France's Risk Management System has contributed greatly to the company being rewarded for their health and safety commitment when they won the 'Food and Drink' category award in 2006 and the 'Best New Entry Large Company Award' in 2005 from the National Irish Safety Organisation (NISO). The NISO Awards is seen as the most prestigious health and safety award scheme in Ireland. This reflects the hard work and commitment given to health and safety by the company.
