Cuisine de France Manufacturing Quality Management System is based on the BRC (British Retail Consortium) Global Standard as reproduced by EFSIS (European Food Safety Inspection Service). EFSIS is an accredited certification body which evaluates companies to ensure conformance to the specified requirements laid down within the BRC Technical Standards.

Cuisine de France Manufacturing was the first bakery in its class, throughout Ireland and the UK, to achieve Higher Level Certification from EFSIS. Cuisine de France Manufacturing is audited by the EFSIS on an annual basis, and currently holds 'A' Grade Certification. To gain EFSIS Certification, a company must satisfy critical criteria under the following headings and subsections: HACCP; Quality Management System (Management Commitment, Customer Focus, Internal Auditing, Supplier Approval); Product Control; Process Control; & Personnel (Training, Personal Hygiene, Protective Clothing).

Cuisine de France operates a specific Supplier Audit Protocol encompassing the BRC and EFSIS Standards to asses the suitability of potential Suppliers during all Supplier Audits. The Technical Department is responsible for the full technical backup provided to all customers. Customer queries related to product are processed through the Technical Department who maintain detailed product specifications for all products.
